## Description

We are looking for a **Demand Planner Specialist** to join a fast-growing technology company and play a key role in optimizing demand forecasting, inventory availability, and supply planning.

-   Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and business plans.
-   Analyze sales, inventory, and demand data to identify trends, gaps, and potential supply risks.
-   Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align demand and inventory plans.
-   Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions to maintain healthy stock availability.
-   Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting methodologies.
-   Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand planning.
-   Prepare regular demand planning reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
-   Identify potential overstock, stock-out, and slow-moving inventory risks and recommend corrective actions.

## Requirements

-   2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or a similar role.
-   Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
-   Good knowledge of forecasting and inventory planning principles.
-   Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is a strong plus.
-   Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-   Experience in retail, e-commerce, electronics, or fast-moving consumer products is preferred.
