## Description

Talent 360 is hiring a **Senior Quantity Surveyor** with **10+ years of experience** to join our team in New Cairo.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Quantity Surveying and the ability to independently manage QS activities across complex projects while coordinating effectively with project, technical, commercial, and site teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and manage Quantity Surveying activities throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Review project quantities, measurements, and commercial documentation.
-   Monitor quantities and identify discrepancies, variations, and potential commercial impacts.
-   Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams on QS matters.
-   Review and evaluate project-related commercial documentation.
-   Support cost control and commercial monitoring.
-   Prepare and review QS reports and project documentation.
-   Ensure accurate and timely completion of QS deliverables.
-   Provide guidance and support to junior QS team members.
-   Communicate effectively with internal and external project stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   **10+ years of experience** in Quantity Surveying.
-   Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**.
-   Knowledge of **FIDIC Contracts system**
-   Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles and practices.
-   Strong analytical and numerical skills.
-   Excellent coordination and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
-   Experience with **MEP projects is a strong advantage**.
-   **Interim Payment Certificate (IPC)** is required

Location: New Cairo

Working model: On site – 6 days per week (from Saturday to Thursday)
