## Description

We're looking for a **Supply Chain Leader** with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the perfumes and cosmetics industry, with exposure to both online and retail operations.

The role will focus on coordinating and optimizing inventory management, procurement, supply planning, and distribution activities to ensure product availability and smooth supply chain operations across sales channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

### Inventory Management

-   Monitor inventory levels and product availability across online and retail channels.
-   Track stock movement, identify potential shortages or excess inventory, and coordinate replenishment activities.
-   Support inventory accuracy and ensure stock availability aligns with business needs.

### Procurement & Supplier Coordination

-   Coordinate procurement activities based on inventory requirements and sales demand.
-   Follow up on purchase orders, supplier availability, and delivery schedules.
-   Coordinate with suppliers and relevant internal teams to support timely product replenishment.

### Demand & Supply Planning

-   Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support demand forecasting and supply planning.
-   Plan replenishment requirements to maintain product availability and minimize stock shortages.
-   Coordinate with relevant teams regarding promotions, seasonal demand, and changes in product requirements.

### Logistics & Distribution

-   Coordinate product distribution to retail locations and online order fulfillment operations.
-   Follow up on deliveries and resolve supply-related delays or operational issues.
-   Monitor distribution activities to support timely product availability across sales channels.

## Requirements

-   3–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations.
-   Previous experience in the perfumes and cosmetics industry is a must.
-   Experience working across both online and retail business channels.
-   Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-   Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-   Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor inventory levels and support supply planning.
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
