# Presales Engineer

## Description

We are looking for a **Presales Engineer** to support our sales team by providing technical solutions, preparing quotations, and ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and project specifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Review customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
-   Prepare technical and commercial offers based on project requirements.
-   Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering, and other relevant departments to develop suitable solutions.
-   Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and other required presales documents.
-   Follow up on submitted offers and support the sales team throughout the sales process.
-   Ensure that proposals comply with project specifications and company standards.
-   Conduct market and competitor analysis when required.

**Job Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
-   1–3 years of experience in Presales, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or a similar role.
-   Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-   Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-   Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and meet deadlines.
-   Elevator/escalator industry experience is a plus.

**Working Conditions:**

-   **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-   **Working Location:** Industrial Area, New Cairo
-   **Working Days:** Sunday to Thursday
