## Description

Our Company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Accounts Receivable Accountant** with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our Finance Team at our 6th of October facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing collections, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining updated AR aging reports.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Maintain, reconcile, and monitor customer accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
-   Record sales invoices, collections, credit notes, and debit notes on the accounting system.
-   Follow up on outstanding customer payments and coordinate with the sales and collection teams to ensure timely receivables.
-   Prepare customer account reconciliations and issue formal balance confirmations.
-   Generate and analyze monthly AR Aging Reports for management review.
-   Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes related to receivables.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting Major).
-   **2 to 3 years of hands-on experience** as an AR Accountant (experience in industrial/engineering contracting sectors is preferred).
-   Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
-   Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial analysis).
-   Strong numerical accuracy, communication, and negotiation skills.
-   Preferred residents of 6th of October City or nearby areas.
