## Description

We're looking for a **Quality Engineer** to join the Quality Department in Saudi Arabia.

The role will support the Head of Quality in implementing quality standards and procedures across the factory, with a strong focus on inspection planning, non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare technical inspection plans and quality criteria for new products and processes in coordination with the Technical Office and Production teams.
-   Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points before manufacturing.
-   Analyze NCRs, rejection, and rework data to identify recurring issues and determine their root causes.
-   Prepare and update SOPs related to inspection and quality control.
-   Support technical investigations of complex or recurring complaints in coordination with Production and the Technical Office.
-   Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness in the field.
-   Participate in the technical and quality evaluation of new suppliers before approval.
-   Prepare periodic analytical reports on quality KPIs, including rejection rates, recurring defects, and closure time.
-   Provide field training to Quality Inspectors on new inspection standards and equipment when required.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Science, or a related field
-   3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
-   Good knowledge of quality tools and production processes
-   Strong reporting and documentation skills
-   Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-   ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is a plus
