About the Role

On behalf of our client leading company in marketing services is seeking an experienced **Activation Manager** to take ownership of the operational delivery of activations and events from planning through execution and closure.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong field leadership, supplier and manpower management, excellent organization, and the ability to solve problems quickly in live-event environments.

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the on-ground execution of activations, events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional projects.
-   Plan and manage manpower requirements and staffing plans.
-   Coordinate venues, suppliers, contractors, logistics, permits, and site requirements.
-   Conduct site recce and prepare operational checklists.
-   Manage stock, giveaways, equipment, and other project assets.
-   Develop and manage run-of-show schedules.
-   Supervise installation and dismantling activities.
-   Monitor suppliers and field teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
-   Ensure safety, brand standards, and client expectations are maintained.
-   Handle operational issues and escalate critical matters appropriately.
-   Coordinate with internal account, creative, production, and client teams.
-   Manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
-   Prepare basic operational budgets and reports where required.
-   Ensure projects are properly closed and all deliverables are accounted for.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field preferred.
-   5–7 years of relevant experience.
-   Strong background in BTL/experiential marketing, events, production, roadshows, exhibitions, or promotions.
-   Previous experience as an Activation Supervisor, Senior Activation Executive, Event/Operations Manager, or Field Operations Manager.
-   Proven experience managing live activations and on-ground operations.
-   Strong manpower, supplier, logistics, and site-management experience.
-   Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
-   Strong problem-solving ability under pressure.
-   Strong understanding of safety and brand standards.
-   Clear communication and escalation skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
-   High flexibility regarding working hours, travel, and project requirements.
-   High mobility is essential.
