We're Hiring: Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented **Sales Specialist** to join our team in Masr El Gedida, El Marghany, Cairo.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth, particularly within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

Job Responsibilities

-   Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
-   Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and technology solutions.
-   Present products and services to potential clients and explain their key benefits.
-   Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and support the achievement of sales targets.
-   Negotiate with clients and contribute to closing sales deals.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
-   Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Job Requirements

-   0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
-   **Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required.**
-   Experience with POS systems, ERP solutions, or SaaS products is a plus.
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-   Good command of both Arabic and English.
-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
-   Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work toward sales targets.

Job Details

-   **Location:** Masr El Gedida, El Marghany, Cairo.
-   **Working Days:** Sunday to Thursday.
-   **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
-   **Work Mode:** Fully on-site.
