## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Site Supervision Architect** to oversee architectural site activities and ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring **8+ years of architectural site supervision experience** and strong capabilities in managing contractors, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead the supervision of architectural works across both technical office and site project areas.
-   Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
-   Review architectural shop drawings, materials, and site execution where required.
-   Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical and execution issues.
-   Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
-   Monitor architectural works against project requirements, schedule, and quality standards.
-   Lead site inspections and ensure proper documentation of observations and actions.
-   Participate in project/site meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
-   Review and contribute to site reports and progress updates.
-   Provide technical guidance to junior supervision engineers/architects.
-   Escalate major technical or execution issues to project management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**.
-   **8+ years of experience** in architectural site supervision.
-   Proven experience supervising contractors and architectural site activities.
-   Strong knowledge of architectural construction, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
-   Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
-   Ability to lead site supervision activities and support junior team members.
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
