About the Role

On behalf of our client leading company in marketing services is looking for an experienced **Civil Engineer – Production House** to support the technical delivery of temporary structures, event builds, booths, fit-outs, fabrication, and site installations.

The role will translate approved designs into safe, buildable, and cost-conscious production solutions while supervising workshop and site execution through final handover.

Key Responsibilities

-   Translate approved designs into practical and buildable production solutions.
-   Conduct site measurements and assess site conditions.
-   Prepare and review shop drawings and construction details.
-   Prepare and verify BOQs and quantity take-offs.
-   Calculate material requirements and support cost-conscious production planning.
-   Coordinate fabrication and construction activities.
-   Supervise contractors, workshops, and site teams.
-   Monitor quality throughout production and installation.
-   Support fit-out and temporary-structure execution.
-   Identify and resolve technical and site issues quickly.
-   Coordinate installation and dismantling activities.
-   Ensure work is executed safely and according to approved designs and requirements.
-   Coordinate with design, production, account, and project teams.
-   Support projects through installation and final handover.

## Requirements

-   BSc in Civil Engineering. Architecture/Construction backgrounds may be considered where technically suitable.
-   5–7 years of relevant experience.
-   Direct experience in event production, fit-out, construction, fabrication, scenic production, retail/brand installations, or similar environments strongly preferred.
-   Previous experience as a Site Engineer, Production Engineer, Fit-Out Engineer, Technical Office Engineer, or Project Engineer.
-   Strong AutoCAD skills.
-   Strong BOQ and quantity take-off capabilities.
-   Ability to prepare and interpret shop drawings.
-   Good understanding of construction detailing, materials, and fabrication methods.
-   Strong site-measurement and contractor-supervision skills.
-   SketchUp/Revit knowledge is a plus.
-   HSE/safety training is a plus.
-   Engineering syndicate registration preferred where applicable.
-   Strong technical and site problem-solving skills.
-   Strong understanding of buildability, cost, and material efficiency.
-   Clear communication with design, production, and account teams.
-   Ability to work under tight installation deadlines.
-   High mobility and willingness to work across workshops and project sites.
