## Description

**Job Requirements:**

\- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.  
\- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination.  
\- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems, import logistics, and customs regulations.  
\- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

\- Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery of materials and products, including import and export shipments.  
\- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.  
\- Optimize transportation routes, loads, and delivery schedules to improve operational efficiency and control costs.  
\- Prepare and follow up on shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with customs and import/export requirements.  
\- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays, discrepancies, and other logistics issues.  
\- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.  
\- Supervise and coordinate the Fleet Supervisor, ensuring proper execution of transportation plans, vehicle utilization, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.  

**Working Conditions:**

\- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM  
\- Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
