## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Technical Office Team Leader** to oversee engineering coordination, technical documentation, and project support activities across our projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and manage the Technical Office team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
-   Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents
-   Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients
-   Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
-   Monitor project progress and support planning & cost control activities

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture or relevant)
-   6 - 8 years of experience in technical office roles
-   Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
-   Strong knowledge of engineering standards and project coordination
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
