### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineering Supervisor to oversee field service operations, equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Plan and execute customer visits and service work orders according to the schedules assigned by the After-Sales Manager.
-   Supervise the installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up of new equipment at customer sites.
-   Conduct equipment inspections and performance checks to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
-   Diagnose technical faults, identify root causes, and perform corrective maintenance and repairs.
-   Manage service agreements and respond to customer complaints and maintenance requests within the required timeframe.
-   Identify spare parts requirements, coordinate requests, install replacement parts, and verify equipment performance.
-   Prepare service reports, document maintenance activities, and ensure work orders and customer invoices are properly closed.
-   Ensure the proper use and maintenance of company tools, testing equipment, spare parts, and other assigned assets.
-   Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
-   Participate in the technical evaluation of maintenance team candidates when required.

### Job Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
-   5–10 years of relevant experience in field service engineering, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
-   Experience in marine engines, diesel engines, or related industrial equipment is preferred.
-   Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical problem-solving skills.
-   Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
-   Ability to manage field operations, service schedules, and technical teams effectively.
