About the Role

As a senior production engineer at Talent 360, your role will be monitoring and improving production processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the sheet metal, elevators, and cladding industry.

Supervise and follow up on all production processes related to elevator manufacturing and assembly.

Monitor and develop production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production time.

Follow up on manufacturing processes, including sheet metal, cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.

Review engineering drawings and ensure proper implementation during the manufacturing process.

Coordinate with Design, Quality, Maintenance, and Procurement departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications and required standards.

Follow up on production plans and ensure that daily and monthly targets are achieved.

Supervise production teams and distribute tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Analyze production problems and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare and follow up on daily and weekly production reports and KPIs.

Use ERP Odoo to manage and follow up on production orders and processes

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

3–5 years of experience in production, preferably in the elevator or sheet metal industries.

Good experience in sheet metal, elevators & cladding.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
