Description

On behalf of our client, we are hiring a proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented **Telesales Agent** with experience in the **hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage (F&B) industry** to join the Sales Department on a full-time basis.

### About the Role

As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing the company's solutions, and scheduling appointments for the Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a background in restaurant sales, hospitality, or F&B.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
-   Make cold calls and follow up with prospective customers.
-   Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
-   Present product features, pricing, and benefits effectively.
-   Research potential clients, particularly restaurants, cafés, and food businesses.
-   Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Representatives.
-   Record leads and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
-   Handle objections and build positive relationships with prospects.
-   Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.

### Requirements

-   At least **1 year of experience** in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
-   Previous experience in the **hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage (F&B) industry** is preferred.
-   Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
-   Good command of English.
