## Description

On behalf of our client - a leading consumer technology brand shaping the future of smart devices and connected living across the MENA region. We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team and help drive efficient, seamless supply chain operations.

**What You’ll Do**

\- Manage and follow up on the end-to-end supply chain process, from purchasing and supplier coordination to receiving and delivery.

\- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of products and accurate order fulfillment.

\- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment needs to maintain healthy stock availability.

\- Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, delivery schedules, and discrepancies.

\- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.

\- Analyze supply chain and inventory data and prepare regular reports and updates.

\- Identify potential supply or stock issues and proactively follow up on solutions.

\- Maintain accurate records on Odoo and ensure supply chain processes are properly documented.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

\- 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, or a related field.

\- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.

\- Experience in retail, electronics, appliances, or e-commerce is a must.

\* Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is a must.

\- Good understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and supplier coordination.

\- Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills.

\- Good command of Microsoft Excel and data handling.

\- Strong communication and coordination skills.
