## Description

Talent 360 is hiring a **Junior Quantity Surveyor** with 4**\+ years of experience** in Quantity Surveying to join our team in **New Cairo**.

A background in **MEP** and site supervision is highly preferred.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform Quantity Surveying activities throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Review and follow up on quantities and project-related commercial documentation.
-   Coordinate with project/site teams regarding quantities and project requirements.
-   Monitor and follow up on QS-related activities and deliverables.
-   Support accurate measurement and documentation of project quantities.
-   Coordinate with relevant technical and project stakeholders to ensure QS requirements are addressed.
-   Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

## Requirements

-   **4+ years of experience** in Quantity Surveying.
-   Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**.
-   Experience related to **site supervision** is preferred.
-   **MEP background is preferred.**
-   Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
-   Good communication and coordination skills.
-   Ability to work effectively with project and site teams.

Location: New Cairo

Working model: On site – 6 days per week (from Saturday to Thursday)
