**Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients a Senior Fashion Designer & Product Development professional to join our dynamic team.**

This full-time role is ideal for an experienced and innovative fashion designer with a strong background in product development. The successful candidate will lead the design and development of fashion collections, ensuring creative excellence and commercial viability throughout the product lifecycle.

### About the Role

As a Senior Fashion Designer & Product Development specialist, you will drive the creative direction of collections, manage product development processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality fashion products. You will mentor junior designers and play a key role in shaping the brand’s aesthetic and market position.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the creative design and development of seasonal apparel collections aligned with brand vision and market trends.
-   Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to final production.
-   Conduct in-depth trend research and market analysis to inform design decisions and product strategies.
-   Create detailed sketches, tech packs, mood boards, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
-   Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
-   Oversee sample development, fittings, and revisions, ensuring fit, quality, and aesthetic standards are met.
-   Mentor and guide junior designers to foster creativity and skill development within the team.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, fabrics, and manufacturing technologies.
-   Support brand growth initiatives with innovative product ideas and improvements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
-   Minimum 4–6 years of experience in fashion design and product development.
-   Proven leadership experience in managing design teams and product development processes.
-   Strong proficiency in fashion design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
-   Extensive knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fit, and manufacturing procedures.
-   Demonstrated ability to interpret trends and translate them into commercially successful products.
-   Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
-   Ability to mentor and guide junior design staff effectively.
-   Previous experience in the fashion industry is required.
