## Description

We’re Hiring: Art Director

We’re looking for a talented and experienced **Art Director** to join our creative team and help shape strong, impactful visual concepts across our brands and projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the creative direction and visual execution of campaigns.
-   Develop strong creative concepts aligned with client briefs and brand strategies.
-   Guide and mentor graphic designers and other creative team members.
-   Review creative outputs and ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
-   Collaborate closely with Content, Account Management, and other teams.
-   Present creative concepts and confidently communicate the rationale behind them.
-   Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
-   Stay updated on design, advertising, social media, and creative industry trends.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Proven experience as an Art Director or in a senior creative/design role.
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, campaigns, and visual storytelling.
-   Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
-   Ability to translate briefs and insights into compelling creative concepts.
-   Agency experience is highly preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
