## Description

We are seeking an ambitious professional with **1–2 years of experience in the F&B sector**—either managing restaurant operations or selling into the hospitality space—who wants to transition into tech sales. In this role, you will be the technical expert during the sales process. You will partner with Account Executives to deeply understand a restaurant’s workflow, configure custom POS environments, and run live demonstrations that prove how our hardware and software will speed up their table turns and protect their margins.

**What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)**

-   **Technical Discovery:** Accompany sales reps on calls or site visits to evaluate a venue's current setup (internet stability, legacy hardware, payment processors, and physical layout).
-   **Custom POS Configurations:** Build and configure tailored demo environments, uploading sample menus, modifier workflows, and floor plans to mirror the prospect's actual restaurant.
-   **Live Hardware & Software Demos:** Deliver seamless, engaging demonstrations of our POS terminals, handheld tablets, kitchen display systems (KDS), and back-of-house reporting dashboards.
-   **Trial & Deployment Scoping:** Answer technical questions regarding third-party integrations and draft scope-of-work documents for the installation team.
-   **Product Feedback:** Act as a bridge between the front-line restaurant operators and our engineering team to communicate feature requests, hardware pain points, and local market needs.

## Requirements

-   **F&B Foundation:** 1–2 years of hands-on experience in sales within the F&B industry.
-   **Strong ERP systems knowledge.**
-   **Communication & Presence:** Strong public speaking and presentation skills. You can explain cloud data, offline modes, and payment processing fees in simple, stress-free terms to busy restaurant owners.
