### **About the Role**

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented **Technical Engineer** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and specialized fitness equipment at client sites.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **Installation & Commissioning:** Install and set up fitness equipment and technical systems at client locations according to company and manufacturer standards.
-   **Testing & Handover:** Ensure all equipment is fully configured, tested, and operational before handing over to the client.
-   **Maintenance & Repair:** Perform routine preventive maintenance and rapid corrective repairs to ensure continuous performance and minimize equipment downtime.
-   **Troubleshooting:** Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues accurately and implement effective solutions on-site.
-   **Client Engagement:** Provide clear technical guidance and support to clients while representing the company with high professionalism.
-   **Documentation & Safety:** Accurately document service reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts usage while strictly following health and safety protocols.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications & Requirements**

-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline).
-   **Experience:** 1–3+ years of practical, hands-on field experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems (experience in the fitness equipment or sports facility industry is highly preferred).
-   **Certifications:** Technical maintenance or Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) certificates are a strong plus.
-   **Core Competencies:**

-   Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
-   Proficiency with field service tools and basic electronic diagnostics.
-   Excellent communication, time management, and customer-facing skills.
-   Ability to perform physical tasks and handle heavy equipment when required.
-   Willingness to travel between client sites in Cairo and respond to emergency breakdowns.
