### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management, ensuring accurate records, efficient workflows, and compliance with company procedures.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring materials.
-   Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and availability.
-   Implement warehouse procedures and effective inventory control systems.
-   Supervise the warehouse team and ensure operational efficiency.
-   Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Sales, Parts Sales, Finance, and other departments.
-   Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure traceability.
-   Prepare and analyze inventory reports and warehouse performance data.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.

### Job Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
-   5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
-   Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
-   Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures.
-   Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
-   Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
