About the Role

On behalf of our client leading company in marketing services is looking for an experienced and highly creative **Art Director** to lead visual and creative direction across pitches and live experiential projects.

The successful candidate will translate strategy into compelling creative concepts, lead designers and 3D artists, elevate the quality of our work, and ensure creative ideas remain practical and executable in production.

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead creative and visual direction across pitches and live projects.
-   Develop strong concepts and visual systems for experiential campaigns, events, activations, exhibitions, booths, and branded environments.
-   Translate strategic objectives into compelling creative worlds.
-   Direct designers, visualizers, and 3D artists.
-   Present creative concepts and ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
-   Provide clear and constructive creative feedback to the team.
-   Ensure visual consistency from initial concept through final production.
-   Collaborate closely with production and technical teams to ensure creative feasibility.
-   Mentor and develop members of the creative team.
-   Maintain high standards of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
-   Make fast and informed creative decisions under tight deadlines.
-   Contribute to integrated creative campaigns and experiential solutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication, or an equivalent portfolio-based background.
-   7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–4 years in a senior or lead creative capacity preferred.
-   Strong background in advertising, creative agencies, BTL/experiential marketing, events, exhibitions, branding, or production.
-   Previous experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Senior Visualizer, Associate Art Director, or Art Director.
-   Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
-   Strong understanding of 3D visualization workflows.
-   Strong typography, layout, branding, spatial, and event-design skills.
-   AI design-tool knowledge is a plus.
-   Strong concept development and visual storytelling abilities.
-   Confident client-facing presentation skills.
-   Strong understanding of production materials and feasibility.
-   Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-management skills.
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated and experiential work.
