## Description

-   Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team, including General, Cost, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Accountants.
-   Establish standardized financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
-   Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
-   Manage cash flow, treasury operations, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
-   Lead annual budgeting and monitor financial performance against approved budgets.
-   Analyze financial variances and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
-   Oversee product and project costing, cost allocation, and profitability analysis.
-   Support pricing decisions and project quotations through accurate cost evaluation.
-   Manage credit policies, accounts receivable, collections, supplier payments, and working capital.
-   Monitor inventory accounting and coordinate with production, procurement, and commercial teams.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and relevant Egyptian and Saudi tax and Zakat requirements.
-   Coordinate with external auditors and oversee proper utilization of the company’s accounting system/ERP.
-   Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions related to pricing, investment, and business expansion.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   8–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
-   Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment is highly preferred.
-   Strong understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing and sales cycle, including production costing, inventory, sales, invoicing, collections, and cash flow management.
-   Solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, treasury, and working capital management.
-   Strong knowledge of product costing, project costing, and profitability analysis.
-   Proven experience leading and supervising accounting teams.
-   Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
-   Good understanding of Saudi tax and Zakat regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
-   Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-   CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
