## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Senior Treasury Accountant** to join a fast-growing technology and electronics business. The role focuses on daily treasury and banking operations, international supplier payments, import financing procedures, cash flow monitoring, and accurate tracking of import-related financial transactions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage daily treasury and banking transactions, including local transfers, international payments, deposits, and supplier settlements.
-   Handle import-related banking procedures in Egypt, including foreign currency transfers, payment applications, and submission of required documents to banks.
-   Review and verify purchase orders, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and supplier payment terms before processing international transfers.
-   Follow up with banks on foreign currency availability, transfer approvals, payment confirmations, and outstanding documentation.
-   Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and customs clearance teams to align supplier payments with shipment schedules and import requirements.
-   Track advance payments, partial settlements, outstanding balances, and due dates for international suppliers.
-   Maintain an updated import payment tracker covering supplier details, invoice values, currencies, payment status, shipment references, and bank charges.
-   Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor foreign exchange differences and international transfer fees.
-   Maintain accurate treasury, banking, and import documentation for accounting and audit purposes.
-   Support cash flow monitoring, month-end closing, and financial reporting related to treasury and import transactions.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   **2–4 years of experience in Treasury or Banking Accounting**, preferably within technology, electronics, retail, trading, or import-oriented businesses.
-   Hands-on experience with international supplier payments, foreign currency transfers, and import banking procedures in Egypt.
-   Familiarity with import documentation, customs clearance coordination, and relevant banking requirements.
-   Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, cash management, and foreign currency accounting.
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and Odoo ERP is a must.**
-   Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
-   High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
