## Description

We are looking for a highly driven **Business Development Director** to lead and scale our commercial growth in Egypt. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing margins, and building new revenue streams across all business channels.

Egypt serves as a key market for testing and scaling commercial models, making this role critical to both local success and regional expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and execute high-impact commercial initiatives across all channels (B2B, B2C, and others)
-   Drive customer acquisition and expand the supplier base with a focus on high-value segments
-   Develop and implement pricing strategies and value propositions to improve profitability
-   Identify and launch new revenue streams, including product and service offerings
-   Own and scale product commercialization, including fresh oil as a strategic lever
-   Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize growth and margin outcomes
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, BI, and Tech teams

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
-   **10+ years of experience** in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Sales, or Growth roles
-   Minimum **5 years in a leadership position** managing cross-functional commercial operations
-   Proven track record in driving revenue growth, scaling business operations, and improving profitability
-   Experience in FMCG, supply chain, logistics, sustainability, or fast-growing technology-enabled businesses is a strong advantage
-   Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
