## Description

Tagaddod is seeking a motivated and dynamic On-Ground Sales Representative to join our team in Hurghada. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our waste management solutions directly to businesses and customers in the local area. You will play a vital part in driving sales growth and helping Tagaddod achieve its mission of fostering sustainable impact through innovative waste management.

As an On-Ground Sales Representative, you will engage with potential clients face-to-face, present our offerings, and build strong, lasting relationships.

### Responsibilities

-   Identify and approach potential customers and businesses within the Hurghada region.
-   Present and demonstrate Tagaddod's waste management solutions effectively.
-   Develop and maintain client relationships to enable repeat business and referrals.
-   Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market penetration and customer acquisition.
-   Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management team.
-   Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
-   Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in on-ground sales or a similar customer-facing role.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
-   Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
-   Passion for sustainability and environmental issues is a plus.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
