# Operations Engineer- Jordan

Tagaddod is pioneering in the field of waste collection technology. We are looking for hustlers to take what we are building to the next level.

  
This job has a mix of responsibilities between Engineering and Quality Control. We are looking to give this role to an individual who has a high leadership sense and who is willing to embark on a challenge. You will be working from our site location in October.

### Responsibilities:

-   Coordinate and supervise all installations and refurbishments at our Amman Jordan site.
-   Brief and lead warehouse operators on a daily basis, and report to the sites director on stock levels, issues etc
-   Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
-   Examine and test the raw materials and supplies supplied to the location according to the acceptance criteria.
-   Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
-   Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
-   Supervise warehouse operators and external contractors
-   Coordinate the use of automated and digital systems where necessary
-   Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

## Requirements

-   3-5 years of experience.
-   An Engineering degree is a must - preferably Chemical or Petroleum or Mechanical..
-   Proficiency in excel is a must
-   Very good leadership skills
-   Very good verbal and written communication skills
-   Good analytical and critical thinking skills
-   Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
-   A team player
