## Description

Taj HR is seeking an experienced **Mechanical Engineer** to oversee mechanical engineering operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. The candidate will lead a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate with other departments, and manage day-to-day mechanical engineering activities on site or in the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Supervise mechanical engineers and technicians in project design, installation, and maintenance activities.
-   Coordinate mechanical engineering tasks to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
-   Review and approve mechanical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
-   Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members.
-   Monitor mechanical system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
-   Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-   Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
-   Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, design standards, and construction practices.
-   Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
