## Description

We are recruiting an experienced **HSE Analyst** for a **Saudi government-backed Vocational & Technical Institute**. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment systems, compliance, and risk management.

### Responsibilities

-   Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
-   Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and workplace audits.
-   Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
-   Analyze HSE performance data and recommend improvements.
-   Support safety awareness programs and employee training initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **5 years of relevant HSE experience**, preferably within a vocational training institute, Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, or construction environment.
-   Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
-   Professional certifications such as **NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent** are highly preferred.
-   Previous GCC experience is preferred.
-   Strong English communication and reporting skills.
