## Description

We are hiring an experienced **Area Sales Manager** to join a leading Information Technology company in **Saudi Arabia**.

If you have a proven track record in B2B sales within the **IT or Telecom industry**, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive regional sales growth, we'd love to hear from you.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
-   Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
-   Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-   Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports.
-   Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Minimum **5 years of sales experience**, preferably within the **IT or Telecom industry**.
-   Previous experience leading and managing sales teams.
-   Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
-   Fluent in **Arabic and English**.
-   Valid Saudi driving license.
-   Currently based in **Saudi Arabia.**
