### Senior Sales Executive / Sales Team Lead

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
-   Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries within the MENA region.
-   Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
-   Present and promote TajHR's recruitment, HR outsourcing, and workforce solutions.
-   Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
-   Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
-   Lead, mentor, and support junior sales team members (for Team Lead candidates).

### Requirements

-   3–6 years of proven B2B sales experience.
-   Demonstrated success in selling professional services, consulting, HR solutions, staffing services, or SaaS products.
-   Strong experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-   Strong understanding of the Jordanian and Saudi business markets.
-   Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
-   Based in Amman and willing to travel for business meetings and client visits.
-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Previous experience within recruitment, HR services, staffing, or workforce solutions.
-   Existing network of HR Directors, Operations Directors, business owners, or senior decision-makers in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
-   Experience selling services to Saudi-based clients from Jordan.
-   Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring junior sales professionals.
-   Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.
