Taj HR is looking for a skilled **Cybersecurity Expert** . This role involves analyzing and protecting the organization's computer systems and networks against cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and the latest security technologies to create a safe digital environment for our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, implement, and manage security protocols and policies to protect the organization's data and networks.
-   Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and remediate weaknesses.
-   Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, including conducting forensic analysis as needed.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-   Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
-   Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees about cybersecurity risks and safe practices.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Security (Master's preferred)
-   Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity risk assessment. vulnerability management, and data protection for IT systems.
-   Demonstrated experience implementing ISO 27001, NIST, or similar cybersecurity frameworks
-   Certification in one or more of the following: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
-   Proven ability to design and implement security policies, incident response procedures, and user access controls.
-   Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and network security.
-   Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management solutions.
-   Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are preferred.
-   Proficient in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to stay calm and focused during security incidents.
