**Job Opportunity: Technical Recruiter**

**Location:** Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring an experienced **Technical Recruiter** to manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical and engineering roles. The position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers to support staffing strategies and ensure smooth onboarding.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Handle the full-cycle technical recruitment process.
-   Source, screen, and interview technical candidates.
-   Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.
-   Maintain and update candidate databases.
-   Ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes.
-   Support recruitment strategies for engineering and technical roles.

## Requirements

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

-   Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
-   Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sector preferred).
-   Strong knowledge of engineering and technical positions.
-   Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn and NaukriGulf.
-   Experience handling clients like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, or other MNCs.
-   Strong sourcing, screening, and talent acquisition skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
