## Description

We are looking for an Embedded / MCU Software Engineer with strong experience in low-level system programming to join an international technology company developing AI-powered security screening systems.

You will work on embedded firmware and electronic systems, collaborating closely with hardware, software and other engineering specialists to develop reliable real-time systems for complex security technology.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop real-time firmware for Cortex-M STM32 platforms using C/C++
-   Work with low-level peripheral control, multi-channel data acquisition and communication interfaces
-   Develop and maintain MCU firmware communicating with Linux-based modules
-   Optimise system resources and implement diagnostics and fault handling
-   Bring up and debug new electronic boards
-   Work with standard laboratory equipment and hardware debugging tools
-   Collaborate with hardware and software engineers throughout the development lifecycle
-   Analyse technical documentation and independently work with new microcontroller peripherals

## Requirements

Strong knowledge of C and C++

Practical experience with STM32 / ARM Cortex-M

Solid experience with MCU peripherals and real-time data acquisition, including DMA, interrupts, timers and ADCs

Experience with CAN/CAN-FD, SPI, I2C, UART and/or I2S; Ethernet experience is an advantage

Good understanding of MCU memory architecture

Understanding of real-time and asynchronous/multithreaded systems

Good understanding of digital signal processing, including FFT/DFT, complex signals, digital filtering, sampling, aliasing and SNR

Practical experience optimising DSP algorithms on Cortex-M, preferably using CMSIS-DSP/SIMD

Ability to read datasheets and reference manuals and independently work with new peripherals

Experience with Git and CMake

Strong hardware debugging skills

Native Russian and English at B1/B2 level
