## Description

**📢 We’re Hiring | Finance Manager**

📍 **Location:** Heliopolis, Cairo

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day **finance and accounting operations**.
-   Ensure accurate and timely **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting**.
-   Lead the **month-end and year-end closing** processes.
-   Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.
-   Prepare and monitor **budgets, forecasts, and financial plans**.
-   Analyze financial performance, costs, margins, and variances and provide recommendations to management.
-   Ensure proper **inventory valuation, costing, and stock accounting**, particularly across distribution and F&B operations.
-   Monitor and control operating expenses and identify opportunities for improved cost efficiency.
-   Ensure compliance with **tax, accounting, and statutory requirements**.
-   Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
-   Establish and maintain effective **financial controls, policies, and procedures**.
-   Support management with financial analysis and **business decision-making**.
-   Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, accuracy, and high performance.
-   Work closely with other departments including **Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Management**.

### **Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
-   **7+ years of relevant experience**, with at least **2–3 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role**.
-   Strong experience in **financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis**.
-   Solid knowledge of **cost accounting and inventory management**.
-   Experience in **FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or F&B** is highly preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of **Egyptian accounting and tax regulations**.
-   Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.
-   Experience with **ERP/accounting systems**.
-   Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to management.
