## Description

-   Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
-   Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
-   Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
-   Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and quality-related issues.
-   Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
-   Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
-   Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and support project handover activities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
-   10–15 years of experience in Architectural Site Supervision or Resident Engineering.
-   Strong experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
-   Solid knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and finishing works.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
