## Description

**Wind Integrated Solutions** is Software Development Company that provides technology services, business automation, and business digitalization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects successfully within scope, time, and budget. Experience with Oracle technologies will be considered a strong advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**

\- Lead and manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

\- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

\- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.

\- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment.

\- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.

\- Communicate project status, progress, and risks effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

\- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and governance.

\- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

## Requirements

\- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

\- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering IT/technology projects.

\- Strong technical background (experience working with development, infrastructure, or IT teams).

\- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Oracle applications/solutions is a strong plus.

\- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).

\- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

\- PMP/Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
