## Description

At CardoO, we build real operational systems that run businesses end-to-end — not just standalone modules. We’re looking for a motivated Odoo Developer who’s excited to work on production environments, business automation, and system integrations.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable ERP solutions, automate workflows, and solve real operational challenges.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML
-   Work on business workflows including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Operations
-   Integrate Odoo with external systems and REST APIs
-   Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n
-   Troubleshoot bugs and improve system performance
-   Collaborate with product and operations teams to transform requirements into working solutions

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
-   0–2 years of experience with Odoo or strong Python backend development skills
-   Basic understanding of:

-   Python
-   PostgreSQL
-   REST APIs

-   Problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn
-   Ability to work on real production challenges in a fast-paced environment

### Nice to Have

-   Familiarity with the Odoo framework (models, views, actions)
-   Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
-   Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
-   Experience using Git/version control
-   Understanding of ERP systems and business workflows
