**Location:** Zamalek, Cairo (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about sports, marketing, and creating impactful campaigns? At **InGame Sports**, we're looking for a dynamic **Sports Marketing Manager** to lead innovative marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive engagement across the sports industry.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
-   Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and offline channels.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, partners, sponsors, and media.
-   Lead the planning and execution of sports events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
-   Manage content and brand communication to ensure consistency across all platforms.
-   Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts based on insights.
-   Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
-   Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-   4–7 years of experience in marketing, with experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, events, or a related industry preferred.
-   Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and campaign management.
-   Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
-   Analytical mindset with experience using marketing metrics and reporting tools.
-   Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports industry is a strong advantage.
