Talent 360 is hiring an Intermediate Interior Designer to join our team.

This is a full-time job opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment.

**About the Role**

As a Senior Interior Designer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from vision to completion, driving design excellence while mentoring junior staff and managing high-level client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in large-scale commercial or residential projects.

### **Duties and Responsibilities:**

\- Lead the development of interior design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and aesthetics

\- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas

\- Develop spatial layouts, furniture arrangements, and circulation designs to optimize functionality and flow

\- Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and procurement documents

\- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that enhance the design vision and meet project requirements

\- Manage junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship

\- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure quality execution

\- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the original vision

\- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs stay on budget and on schedule

\- Producing and reviewing bill of quantities

\- Coordinating between project stakeholders (mep,structure,automation …etc)

## Requirements

\- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field

\- 4+ years of experience in interior design with a diverse project portfolio

\- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, and other design software

\- Strong leadership and team management skills

\- Excellent communication and client management abilities

\- Solid knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods

\- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
