Talent-360.me is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive the sales team’s performance.  
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, coaching the sales team, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.  
This role requires excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
-   Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
-   Fluency in English (spoken and written)
-   Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
-   Must own a private car for commuting purposes
