## Description

Kemet Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **BIM Coordinator** to join its Cairo office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration, clash-free designs, and efficient project delivery within a collaborative engineering environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
-   Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure timely resolution of conflicts
-   Monitor and maintain model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards
-   Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper model integration and coordination
-   Support the development and implementation of BIM execution plans
-   Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate technical issues effectively
-   Ensure timely updates and alignment of BIM models throughout project phases
-   Assist in improving BIM workflows and coordination processes

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
-   Strong expertise in BIM tools, especially Navisworks
-   Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination (Architecture, Structure, and MEP)
-   Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
-   Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-   Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple coordination tasks

### **Qualifications**
