## Description

We're looking for an experienced **Senior Media Buyer** to join our growing team. If you're passionate about performance marketing and have a strong background in managing paid media campaigns for e-commerce brands, we'd love to hear from you.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta and Google Ads.
-   Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
-   Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics.
-   Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient budget allocation.
-   Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies.
-   Mentor junior team members and maintain high execution standards.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
-   Previous experience with DTC or e-commerce brands.
-   Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
-   Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
