**We're Hiring: Workshop Engineer**

📍 **Location:** 6th of October City, Egypt  
🕒 **Working Hours:** Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
📅 **Weekends:** Friday & Saturday  

### Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **workshop engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and a strong interest in the design and manufacturing of molds, dies, and mechanical components.

### Responsibilities

-   Design and manufacture mechanical components.
-   Design and fabricate metal molds and dies according to production requirements.
-   Monitor and supervise daily workshop operations.
-   Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to support manufacturing needs.
-   Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.

### Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Mechanical Design preferred).
-   0–1 year of experience in designing and manufacturing molds, dies, and mechanical components.
-   Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication and teamwork abilities.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-   Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
-   Fluency in both Arabic and English.
