**About the Role**  
  
At Sokna We are seeking an exceptional **Chief Operations Officer (COO)** to lead and optimize our company’s operational performance. This senior executive role is the backbone of execution — translating strategy into structured, data‑driven operations across all functions. The COO will drive organizational excellence through strong leadership, scalable systems, and performance management, while serving as a key representative of the company.

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead day‑to‑day operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency
-   Translate company strategy into clear operational plans and execution frameworks
-   Design scalable organizational structures, processes, and workflows
-   Implement KPI frameworks and performance management systems
-   Mentor and develop department heads, building a high‑performance culture
-   Drive digital transformation and system automation initiatives
-   Align operations with commercial, marketing, and strategic functions
-   Represent the company externally with professionalism and operational excellence

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
-   8–10 years of progressive experience in operations or business management
-   Proven track record in building structured processes and enhancing efficiency
-   Strong leadership and team development capabilities
-   Advanced knowledge of KPI frameworks, analytics, and operational systems
-   Experience in system integration, automation, and cross‑functional operations
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-   Professional certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management) are a plus
-   Very good command of English (written & spoken)
