## Description

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the execution of our marketing efforts across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, performance-oriented, and capable of managing marketing activities end-to-end — from strategy and content planning to paid campaigns and performance analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:  
  
**• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms  
• Develop and manage content strategies aligned with business goals  
• Handle social media presence and audience engagement  
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights  
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives  
• Research market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities  
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external partners when needed

## Requirements

-   5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing and brand management.
-   Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful marketing campaigns.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
-   Excellent communication and project management skills.
-   Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and digital advertising platforms.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
