## Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across the organization.

### **Job Description**

-   Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and systems
-   Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components
-   Monitor system performance and ensure security, availability, and data protection
-   Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced technical support
-   Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
-   Support and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery processes
-   Administer Network-Attached Storage (NAS) systems and data storage solutions

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
-   Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking, and system security
-   Hands-on experience with NAS systems, storage management, and backup solutions
-   Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a plus
-   Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-   Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
