## Description

-   Partner with business leaders to develop and implement **HR strategies aligned with business objectives**

-   Lead **Organizational Development (OD) initiatives**, including performance management, succession planning, and organizational design

-   Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement

-   Support **change management** and organizational transformation projects

-   Drive **employee engagement**, retention, and culture initiatives

-   Provide guidance on **workforce planning** and talent management strategies

-   Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

-   Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making

## Requirements

-   Minimum **7+ years of experience** in Human Resources

-   Proven experience as an **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** or similar role

-   Strong hands-on experience in **Organizational Development (OD)**

-   Previous experience in **leading and managing teams**

-   Strong knowledge of **performance management, talent development, and organizational design**

-   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

-   Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
