Senior Media Buyer

What we need:

\-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

\-Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role (2-5 years) -Strong understanding of digital marketing, media metrics, and analytics tools.

\-Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong vendor relationships.

\-Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

\-Creative problem-solving skills.

\-Familiarity with various media channels including social media, print, digital, and broadcast.

\-Previous experience in campaign execution and budget management

What you’ll do:

\-Develop and manage media buying strategies to promote our programs and services.

\-Analyze target audience demographics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

\-Monitor and optimize media campaigns to ensure effective performance and return on investment (ROI).

\-Collaborate with the marketing team to align media strategies with overall branding and outreach initiatives.

\-Prepare detailed reports and presentations on media performance and recommendations for future campaigns.

\-Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for media placement
